Cancellations/Rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hour’s notice will receive a strike. After 3 strikes within a 12 month period, clients will be required to pre-pay for all future appointments at time of booking.  

No Shows will result in an IMMEDIATE Strike Out. 100% of the service booked with be charged at time of No Show & Pre-payment will be required for all future bookings, without exception. Pre-payments will not be refundable if less than 24 hour’s notice is given of cancellation/reschedule or a no show occurs.

It is CopperLeaf's Policy that Massage Guests must be at least 12 years of age, and a parent must be present in the room for the entire duration of the treatment until the child is at least 17 years of age. State Regulations require a parent or guardian to complete & sign a consent form before treatment is administered.

For other services, (minus intimate waxing) children are welcome if the parent feels they can comfortably enjoy their experience. Parents are welcome to stay in the room for any treatment.

For parents bringing children along with them to their service - we do not provide childcare and encourage parents to take time for themselves. However, we understand this isn't always possible. If your child is able to quietly sit with a book or device in our waiting room or your treatment room, (headphones are a must) they are welcome to do so.

We encourage comfort - please wear whatever you like that you can feel most relaxed and at ease is. 
Sandals or your favorite slippers are a lovely addition, if you plan to spend the entire day with us.

Facial clients will be given a wrap & robe to wear upon arrival to prevent water or skin care products from potentially staining their clothing. Lockers with keys are provided.

Gratuity is not included for single guests. For parties of 4 or more, a 15% gratuity will be applied.

Tips are appreciated in cash, but are permitted to be added to a credit or debit card transaction. (Credit Card Fees may apply.)

Due to State Regulations, pets are not permitted in spa and salon environments. Please make other arrangements for pet care or your appointment must cancelled and your account charged to cover your service provider's time.
